This article from the "new public service theory", the taxpayer satisfaction as the main line, from the domestic and foreign tax service work of advanced theory and practice, from the concept, system, human three aspects, to explore the tax service work in Zigong, the problem, through the use of research and analysis of the means, to find out the tax service work, and analyze the reasons, according to the specific reasons to change the current domestic tax service is low, so as to meet the growing demand for tax, so that the tax service level of the tax department has been improved.
