Compensation designing is a prerequisite and an important part of setting up the modern compensation management system. It is a great subject that how to find a scientific salary system suitable for the current subsidiary enterprise of DL Group and meet the enterprise's needs in the global economy development era.This paper is aimed to discuss DL Group and its affiliated subsidiary company. It makes a set of scientific salary system through the combination of the basic payment system, performance payment, and growth payment. In the process of empirical research and scientific exploration, the designing project for the salary is successfully put into practice. In this paper, the principal-agent theory, the theory of human nature, motivation theory has been studied. Besides, the basic framework of compensation model is proposed. From the characteristics of subsidiary enterprise of DL Group, the paper mainly anatomies its key problems of compensation incentive mechanism based on comparative analysis and case studies. The final part concludes the whole paper and shows the proposal for commissioning operation.
