The business process outsourcing(BPO)industry is the product of the rapid development of the global economy towards informatization and economy.The BPO enterprise is usually a talent intensive enterprise,human resources have a crucial influence on the development and operation of these enterprise.Serving as one of China BPO enterprise,the NS Company sensed that it is an important way to enhance the core competitiveness of such enterprises by establishing scientific and effective compensation system to attract,retain and develop excellent talents.This paper concentrates on the remuneration management and remuneration system construction related problems.Base on the study of remuneration system all over the world,this paper also analyzed NS company's existing remuneration management status and find out relative problems including low market competitiveness of salary,the salary structure does not match the enterprise strategy,the salary adjustment does not reach the incentive effect,and the performance management is formalized,existed in the current management practice.For these problems,this paper further proposed solutions including improving the market competitiveness of salary level,optimizing the salary structure according to enterprise strategy,improving the incentive effect of salary adjustment policy and strengthening the implementation effect of performance management using advanced remuneration management related concept and tools.As a result,the company can design a better remuneration management system suitable for its strategic plan,human resource management policies,practical operation feasibility and comprehensive competitiveness.Furthermore,it is hoped that this paper can provide direction of NS Company in human resources management with some management ideas and methods.
