After entering twentieth Century,the economy of Mongolia has developed steadily,especially in recent years,with the development of the import,export and cooperation with the surrounding countries at the same time,which makes the economic development of Mongolia further accelerate,and thus the domestic enterprises in Mongolia are growing steadily.And in order to promote economic development,Mongolia has attracted a large amount of investment from many countries such as the United States,Russia,China,Korea and Japan by attracting investment.So the number of foreign enterprises in Mongolia is increasing.Therefore,the local enterprises in Mongolia are faced with various competitive pressures from domestic enterprises,foreign enterprises and domestic and foreign joint ventures.Human resource is the strategic resource of enterprise competition and the key factor of enterprise development.Employee motivation is the most important part of human resource management.Incentive can arouse the enthusiasm of the staff,let the employees feel the atmosphere that is encouraged,and use a positive working attitude to accomplish the work goal,so that the enterprise can harvest the good economic benefit,and can also realize the sustainable development of the enterprise in the market.Exhibition.Therefore,in order to survive in the fierce competition environment and stand out in many enterprises,Mongolia enterprises should pay attention to employee motivation and fully mobilize the enthusiasm of employees,so as to make the enterprise be further developed in the fierce competition environment.H company belongs to the large enterprises of Mongolia,but there is still not enough attention in its human resource management,especially the employee motivation,such as low salary,narrow promotion channel,lack of training level and incomplete assessment system and so on.These problems have greatly weakened the enthusiasm of employees,and at the same time,hindered the better development of enterprises.In the face of the increasingly competitive market competition,the Mongolia H company should improve its incentive system as soon as possible so as to promote the enthusiasm of the employees and increase the competitiveness of the enterprises.According to the present situation of Mongolia H company,this paper takes Mongolia H company as the research object,starts with the analysis of employee incentive system,gradually combines the status of employee incentive system of H company and the questionnaire survey to the employees of H company,and summarizes the problems existing in the present employee incentive system of H company,and puts forward to perfect the staff of H company.The relevant principles of incentives are also proposed to solve specific problems.
