On the basis of deep analysis of corporation’s operation, especially of its logistics information system, the express researching direction for the optimization of tobacco transporting industry’s information system is pointed out with the comprehensive consideration of relevant researches at home and abroad. The optimized information system puts forward the overall combination between information system of tobacco transportation in Shijiazhuang, the superior software system and basic transporting equipments, which will promote to solve the information-sharing problem of tobacco transportation between those systems. It adds the new function of store-adjusting, which is based on the ABC standard of cigarette-delivery, for the solution of disorder situation in store-regulation; the new measure of the average delivery task according to the delivery rule, the separated management of different cigarettes and registering the missed codes again for the average order delivery, automatically separation of different cigarettes and all code register of cigarettes. It comes up with the roads-optimizing plan to improve the fail of first cigarette-delivery. It also disposes of the material-sharing and information-sharing problems between industrial production and commercial consumption with the designs of one-storage for different products, entire pallet transport and the idea of monitoring cigarette on-road, which depends on the integrated logistical information platform in both industrial and commercial phrase.In accordance with the preliminary prediction to the optimizing plan of Shijiazhuang tobacco-transporting information system, the optimized system will have more reasonable staff-distribution, more improved efficiency in equipment operation and lower cost.
