The Study On Factors Of Environmentai Protection Industry Agglomeration Performance

Environmental protection industry as a new industry is gradually becoming a new economic growth point. Some countries have established environmental protection industry as the leading industry of regional economic development. Driven by the policy orientation and the market demand, domestic environment protection industry development is ascendant, so some local governments also ascent the development of environmental protection industry to regional development strategic level. Although the development of environmental protection industry is not completely equal to general manufacturing, the influence factors between environmental protection industry development and manufacturing development are different, so this paper is just based on this to explore the influence factors of environmental protection industry development. As China environmental protection industry development situation, Yixing's environmental protection industry development in the past dozens of years, achieved good performance, and its development experience is worth for other regional to use for reference.This paper adopts the methods such as on-the-spot investigation, statistical analysis and case study to research the current development situation of Yixing's environmental protection industry agglomeration, one of its purposes is to seek the influence factors of environmental protection industry agglomeration performance, in order to provide theoretical basis for the sustainable development policies of Yixing's environmental protection industry, the other is to research the development pattern of Yixing's environmental protection industry agglomeration according to the factors affecting industrial agglomeration performance, so as to provide the reference for policy formulation of other areas'environmental protection industry development.This paper researches the influencing factors of environmental protection industry agglomeration performance from two levels of enterprise and industry, the research content is divided into five parts, specifically, the first chapter is to define the whole research framework, including the research background, significance, content and methods; the second chapter is to comb the theories of industry agglomeration performance at home and abroad related to the research content, through setting up the mechanism of " enterprise ability - industrial environment - agglomeration performance" to analyze general influencing factors and operation mechanism of the industry agglomeration performance and to construct the corresponding factor framework, and then to analyze industry agglomeration model and the development stage, preparing for the next analysis; combined with the characteristics of environmental protection industry agglomeration, the third chapter is to select 9 influencing factors of environmental protection industry agglomeration performance, and the factors also are the independents of this paper empirical analysis; the fourth chapter uses the statistical software to empirical study the influencing factors of Yixing's environmental protection industry agglomeration performance based on the investigation data, and preliminary analysis the empirical results to find out differences between the various factors on influencing the environmental protection industry agglomeration performance; the fifth chapter is the further explanation about the empirical results, getting the conclusion: the significant influencing factors of Yixing's environmental protection industry agglomeration performance are the enterprise's internal manufacture ability and supporting service ability, relationship strength, market environment of industrial agglomeration and the enterprise's age. This agglomeration characteristic means that Yixing's environmental protection industry agglomeration belongs to market-oriented agglomeration mode and is in growth period of industry agglomeration development; finally according to this judgment, this paper proposes some appropriate policies and suggestions to improve the environmental protection industry agglomeration performance of Yixing's and also promote its sustainable development.
