Micro-grid, of which the distributed generation is the main generation mode, appears as the main way to address the emergence of micro-grid energy gap and the current energy crisis recently. As the access terminal of these new generation technologies and methods, micro-grid needs to make the best use of the benefits of distributed generation resources under the condition that the system safe and reliable power supply is guaranteed, which require the co-ordinated control of the micro-grid control center. Micro-grid contains various distributed power supply, whose generation characteristics and generation costs differs from each other and may be subjected to the weather conditions, raw material prices and other similar factors. Distributed Units like the micro-turbine and fuel cell can also be connected with the boiler and other heating units to form a combined cycle, which greatly improves energy efficiency and bring considerable economic benefits. However, the "co-generation", "various generation characteristics" and "renewable energy volatility" did have increased the complexity of micro-grid economic scheduling problems. Based on the user needs of the "micro-grid" level power management, this article proposes various control strategies of the micro-grid, establishes the day-ahead economical dispatch model with wind turbines, solar photovoltaic arrays, micro-turbines, and sodium-sulfur battery included. Through simulation on the actual micro-grid economic analysis of the micro-grid with various distributed generation units under various conditions are obtained. In addition, the unit selection has an important impact on the economy of the micro-grid. According to generation characteristics and generation cost characteristics of the wind power, solar, gas turbine generators and other distributed units, this article establishes the economic evaluation model for optimal allocation of the generators in the micro-grid. By simulation on a simple micro-grid, the accuracy of the model is verified.
