Application Of Project Management In Emergency Commu Nication Support

In recent years, with the rapid development of mobile communication technology, mobile phones have become important essential supplies and tools in people's daily work and life. To maintain the mobile communication network smooth, in particular to ensure the timeliness and effectiveness of emergency mobile communication work under emergency events, is particularly important to society. So how to furtherly improve the emergency mobile communications support capabilities is a significant issue.Firstly, this paper introduces the life cycle of project management and the basic knowledge of the nine knowledge areas, and describes the scopes and types of the emergency mobile communica-tion work. The paper introduces the status of emergency mobile communication work through the organization and regulations, and describes the exercises work in detail,and then finds some exist-ing problems in it.On this basis, the paper attempted to use project management knowledge in the mobile emer-gency communication support work. Through analyzed one by one to the life cycle management and the nine areas of knowledge, has determined the research key points included the entire life cy-cle management, the scope management, time management and the risk management etc. The paper which applied the results of the project management knowledge in the emergency communication support works has the flexible instruction function to the practical works.Finally, the paper makes a summary on how to apply project management knowledge to the emergency mobile communication support,and looks forward to how to furtherly enhance emer-gency communication support work.
