In recent years,to use the E-Learning system for employee training has become one of the most important tools of enterprise knowledge management,the research on which has become a buzzing field,receiving widespread attention in academic circles and business circles.More and more enterprises are beginning to promote the E-Learning system in the implementation of knowledge management,and gradually increase investment in E-Learning system.In China,although the time span of E-Learning’s arrival in China is not very long,China’s attention to its management practice has entered the stage of rapid development gradually from a starting stage.Since 2007,DST Company has started to construct and introduce the E-Learning system with the reference of this system built by the parent company in Japan,and to establish new training modes on the level of knowledge management.But with the adjustments of knowledge structures in recent years and the impacts of various factors,such as the quality and mentality of personnel,DST Company’s E-Learning system has not received the desired results from the perspectives of operating angles or evaluation system.The company has not gotten sufficient feedback both on the training effect and on the evaluation status of the system,and the company can not accurately judge whether the expected training effect can be achieved.When asking about the application status of E-Learning system in other enterprises of the same industry,the author finds out that many enterprises have encountered similar problems,that is the whether the expected training effect is achieved and whether the system can be evaluated without an objective evaluation system.These problems have been discussed frequently in academic circles,but they are more of logical reasoning and lack of empirical research,which is unable to combine E-Learning system with evaluation system organically.Combined with the domestic and foreign research results,Only do the valuate the effectiveness of E-Learning training system effectively scientifically.And use the effective evaluation methods to consider the effect of the E-Learning system,the campany can affect the enterprise’s knowledge management activities.With these questions and from the perspective of knowledge management,as well as on the basis of the study on the domestic and foreign experts’ and scholars’ researches,the author points out the problem existing in the evaluation system combining with the actual situation of DST Company: there is no scientific and perfect evaluation system,through the analysis of dilemma of DST Company’s existing evaluation system.In order to solve the dilemma,the author puts forward a construction method of a new evaluation system,a new index set of E-learning’s evaluation system is designed for DST Company using Delphy method,then the overall situation of E-learning’s evaluation system is evaluated scientifically by the combination of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method and analytic hierarchy process(AHP).To establish an evaluation system correctly and scientifically helps us to understand and grasp the evaluation of domestic enterprises’ E-Learning system,meanwhile,it has a certain guiding significance to the improvement of E-Learning system contents.
