Many studies suggest that healthy human capital investment would lay the foundation for the enterprise by effectively safeguarding staff's physical and mental health, cutting the cost on medical treatment, increasing healthy human capital, and improving productivity. It repeatedly sifts the tentative index with Delphi method, confirms the weight of the index with Analytic Hierarchy Process and then applies the confirmed index system to three companies of different levels for healthy human capital investment assessment. And it mainly summarizes two points:first, building enterprise healthy human capital investment assessment index system consists of two first-level indicators which are input and output indicators, ten second-level indicators, including health and safety medical and insurance, health and safety regulations, health and safety facilities, health and safety training, health and safety time, health and safety staff, working time lost, occupational injuries, economic effectiveness, and staff feedback, and thirty-six third-level indicators. Second, the application of the enterprise healthy human capital investment assessment index system in three companies demonstrates that this index system could relatively exactly show the enterprise healthy human capital investment situation. Provide suggestion for enterprise healthy human capital investment activities on the analysis of the samples and instruct enterprises on healthy human capital investments.
