In recent years, the global market pattern and demand is increasingly outstanding, the competition among enterprises is not just technology and product competition, is the talent competition, therefore, enterprises to attract, develop and retain talents is the key of enterprise's survival and development. Many factors influence the flow of talent, but the person and organization match is the important factor affecting the flow of talent. LY radio factory in staff management is facing many puzzles of human resource management, this article argues that these problems are a major cause of employee and business matching problem. This paper from the post self evaluation analyzes LY radio factory employees and business matching the status and the employees' attitude and behavior influence, and the research results for the enterprise practice.My view in the article is that Empirical Study on employee job self evaluation can be extracted two factors, namely post feelings and post matching; employees and business matching to extract two factors, i.e., matching and complementary fit; employee attitude and behavior can be extracted three factors, namely, job satisfaction, organizational commitment and organizational citizenship behavior. Through the fit analysis found, male workers and female employees in job feelings, organizational citizenship behavior, matching and complementary matching dimension have the remarkable difference, youth workers and staff in middle aged people and post matching, matching and complementary matching dimension have the remarkable difference, unmarried and married employees in post feelings, job satisfaction, matching and complementary matching dimension have the remarkable difference, whether the higher education staff in person and post matching dimension have the remarkable difference, technical title level in post feelings and complementary matching dimension have the remarkable difference, the new staff and the senior staff positions in the feelings, Person-Post matching, job satisfaction, organization commitment, matching and complementary matching dimensions have significant differences. Through the regression analysis found: Post feelings and post matching have positive effects, post feelings towards complementary fit have positive influence; matching on job satisfaction, organizational commitment, organizational citizenship behavior have positive effects, complementary fit on organizational commitment has positive effect on organizational citizenship behavior, negative influence; post feelings and Person-Post matching job satisfaction has positive influence on feelings, post has positive effects on organizational commitment, Person-Post matching are positively related to organizational citizenship behavior.In this paper, according to the results of empirical research, combined with the actual situation of enterprises, put forward an improved LY radio factory staff management method and the suggestion, to improve employee and enterprise to match the effectiveness, improve the employee's attitude and behavior, to promote the harmonious and stable development of enterprises.
