In a time of rapid development of the market economy,competition among enterprises is focused on innovation,technology,which is inseparable from the resources of human talents.The importance of the stability and development of the human resources of an enterprise has been recognized by more and more people,to maintain the stability and development of human resources,try to achieve staff grow with the enterprise and progress,then to achieve the long-term stable development of enterprise goals.Staff grow with the enterprise,it is necessary to make the employee's personal goals in line with organizational goals,for a deeper level was to improve matching of employees ' personal values and organizational values.Employees ' personal values and the Organization's values match the higher staff more able to maintain the Organization's loyalty,personal capacity,improve performance,and organizations achieve performance goals,secure a stable development,and eventually achieve a win-win objective for your organization.Individual-organization value fit will have a positive impact on work performance,which has been recognized by academia,this article will further explore the values match the work on the basis of this performance impact mechanism.With employees as the object of study,on the basis of other scholars,and explore the relationship between personal and organizational values match the work performance,and further explore the organizational identity in personal and organizational values match and the mediating role of job performance.Collect data through questionnaires and data analysis,reached the following conclusions:Values of person-organization matching on work performance and its two dimensions have significant positive impact;Person-organization value fit of organizational identity and its four dimensions has significant positive impact;Organizational identity has a significant positive impact on work performance,but from the point of view of dimensions,in the four dimensions of organizational identity,organizational cognition,emotional closeness and autonomous action,three dimensions of the organizational identity had a significant impact on job performance,but positive impact on w ork performance evaluation dimensions is not significant;Organizational identity played a mediating role between person-organization value fit and the employee's job performance.Research values fitting and job performance mechanism,on the one hand enrich the study of performance,provides the basis for further search for more mediators;On the other hand actually bring some enlightenment to the human resource management of enterprises.
