Study On The Construction Of Logistics Information Platform In Jiaxing Inland River Port

Jiaxing is located in the heart of the Yangtze River Delta, the inland water transport conditions are favorable here, which is also the most developed areas of inland water transport in china. This article analyzes the developing status of Jiaxing's inland river and port logistics with the policy environment, designing a functional architecture of Logistics Information Platform in Jiaxing inland River Port, and giving some advices to the basic network and applying system's construction.The logistics information platform could be build in three ways,what's function could participated in three layers.For the Present situation of Jiaxing's logistics information,there will be three stages to construct the platform.Jiaxing inland port logistics information platform construction is studied through analysis of the development of Jiaxing inland port logistics policy environment and the importance, and uses the SWOT method analysis of Jiaxing inland port in the development foreground of the logistics industry combined with the hinterland economy development trend and industry characteristics, using a combination of qualitative and quantitative methods, prediction of Jiaxing inland port in each level years logistics demand. This paper studies the existing transportation information technology development and application of the basis, through the integration, transformation, new combination, to consider the construction of logistics information platform, and takes this as the important means to improve the efficiency of port logistics. This article also through drawing lessons from domestic and abroad logistics information construction experience, puts forward a logistics information platform based on network and application system construction planning and some suggestions.The logistics information platform construction investment and financing system can adopf"the government, society, enterprise three party cooperation", "social folk financing capital construction" and "enterprise direct investment" three models to implement; logistics platform functional requirements according to the use of object and scope can be divided into logistics enterprises, enterprise customers, port and shipping management three levels; platform logic framework consists of basic network platform, inland port logistics public information platform, inland logistics trading platform, inland logistics management information platform is composed of four parts; the construction of logistics information platform can be used to integrate resources of city region, the strengthening of regional cooperation, integration into the international system of three phase strategy step by step.
