The development and the innovation is the foundation of IT industry, so only carry on the development and the innovation unceasingly, it will be in an impregnable position in the keen competition. The research and development team rally the collective wisdom to carry on the development and the innovation, what is single individual unable to achieve, therefore between the research and development team members each other's exchange and the interaction appear especially important. Therefore, enterprises and researchers have paid more and more attention on how to enhance the influence of the team various process to innovation performance. About the influence of team various to innovation performance, the domestic and foreign scholars had already done certain research, but research has not involved to IT industry. The content of this study is to work out the composition of research and development team various process in IT enterprise and the impact it worked on innovation performance, in order to provide theoretical basis to improve the innovation performance of R&D personnel.This pape summary that R&D team process and innovation performance of the R&D team.The purpose of this paper is to provide theoretical reference for subsequent exploration and IT enterprise's management to provide realistic guidance, so it has important theoretical and realistic significance.This article firstly review and summary relevant researches, then put forward ideas and hypothesis. Secondly, the thesis initially received composition of team various process of R&D personnel through researches and interviews, prepared and revised scale according to the interview results and the sample-test respectively, then use the scale to cover large sample survey, then used exploratory factor analysis method to verify the composition of team various process and innovation performance of R&D personnel. The thesis used correlation analysis, regression analysis and difference analysis to complete it. The result shows that:first,R&D team various process is a multidimensional concept, including seven elements:team trusts, team cooperation, team cohesive, team conflict, team dispute, task interaction and team leadership; second,R&D team various process and innovation performance are significantly correlated, team cohesive and team cooperation are the greatest impact on product innovation; third,The team scale had the cushioning effect to the interactive process and the innovation performance, the team scale has weakened the influence of research and development team various process to the team innovation performance. R&D team established time enhance R&D team process and innovation performance of the R&D team.The researchers believe that it have a more vital practical significance to processes the research and development team various process, and enhance the innovation performance, and ultimately enhance the core competitiveness of the organization.
