Study On The Relationships Of The IC Innovation Network Characteristics And Knowledge Innovation Performance

The knowledge innovation is the core competitiveness of our country,moreover it also being an important foundation for enterprises to gain competitive advantages.Industrial clusters played the industrial space organizational forms which create the competitive advantage has the group competitive advantage and economies of scale. The competitive advantages of the industrial clusters will not replaced by any other ones.Local industrial clusters could serve as the platform on which close communication and interaction happens to fertilize potential wide spread and transportation of various knowledge and information, so as to promote the possibility of innovation. Therefore, focusing the research on the industrial clusters, as well as its characteristics the network it forms is particularly valuable for the increase of innovation capacity.Based on the perspective of industrial clusters, the author discussed the relationships of the industrial clusters innovation network characteristics and knowledge innovation performance. Start from the perspective of netwok, the author consideration of relevant factors of the industrial clusters, knowledge acquiring influencing factors, organizational absorptive capacity influence factors and the knowledge innovation factors to build a "cluster innovation network-knowledge acquiring-knowledge innovation performance"comprehensive conceptual model.By learning the theories of this, the author analysed the relationships of the various variables,then submited some of the scientific hypothesis. Finally, based on theoretical deductions and discussions about the research model, this dissertation analysed the sample data collected by using SPSS, Which is a kind of statistical analysis software. By applying factor analysis, regression analysis and other statistical methods, this dissertation empirically tested the relationshipes among the main variables in the conceptual model and the corresponding hypothesis.The author tried to overall announce the mechanism of action among the industrial clusters innovation network characteristics, knowledge acquiring and the knowledge innovation performance, then explained the reason that the difference of the knowledge innovation performance in the environment of industrial clusters.With the empirical testing, this dissertation drawn out the following conclusions:First, the differences clustered firm's innovation network characteristics lead to the different knowledge acquiring.Second, clustered firm's kowledge acquiring is a key factor that will influence its innovation performance.Third, the regulating action of the absorptive capacity not only effect the knowledge acquiring, but also the knowledge innovation performance.The author may make the theory innovation as follows:First, constructed and empirically tested a comprehensive framework about innovation network charceteristics, knowledge acquiring and knowledge innovation performance. Second, revealed the mechanism that formed the clustered firm's knowledge innovation performance from a network perspective.
