Analysis Of Operation Commead System Management In Kunming Airport

Based on the analysis of current situation and development trend of the aviation industry, the thesis made a research of facilities and equipment in domestic and international airport operation command platform, gradually in-depth analyzed the operation command system of Kunming Airport. According to nine years-work experience and own understanding, the author made a definition for the operation command system. In dimension,operation command system could be divided into three parts——airfield,apron and terminal. In working condition, it could be divided into two parts——routine and emergency rescue system. Since the thesis mainly related to internal management issues of Kunming Airport, the author amply analyzed the existent problems and causations in the operation command system of Kunming Airport in a macroscopical view,from airfield management,apron management,terminal management,routine operation management and emergency rescue management etc. The normal rate of airport clearance is an important index in the measurement of an airport operation command level, and this index has been reflected in three-level structure in operation command system of Kunming Airport. Based on flights taking off and landing vehicles,the normal rate of airport clearance and other data, using statistical analysis method and other means, the author explained the existent problems of operation command system of Kunming Airport in a microscopic view. Based on the above analysis and description, the author made a conclusion that the management of the operation command system is basically suitable for the overall strategy of Kunming Airport. Aiming at the problems and deficiencies, the author put forward countermeasures and suggestions.Combining statistical analysis method with the management theory, macro-analysis with micro-analysis, the author trys to research ways and means for improving the management level of operation command system of Kunming International Airport. It provides a certain reference value to the management and development of the new operation command system of Kunming Airport,gives some reference and inspiration to domestic other airports of the same size,too.
