Research On The EDI Project Management Of M Corporation

In recent years, more and more high quality and valuable Mechanical-elect products in railway transportation were export to the developed countries. It is mainly attributed to both of the Chinese economy developing and the stronger competitiveness of the railway equipment enterprises. On the other hand, these projects ask for much higher manage quality of the export group. Normally, they must reform the inner management deeply by the projects manage theory and other modern manage ideas to adapt to the customers'changes. Therefore, the Chinese railway company is eager to optimize the internal management and promote the competitiveness in the international market.In this paper, the export EDI project of "M" company was researched by the project manage theory, which is based on the current management and culture system. First of all, the project background and research methods were introduced, then the characters of project starting, product developing, executing and transporting management were discussed.finally, the manage results in each process were evaluated. As the conclusion, the EDI project valuable experience and feasible rules were fixed into the M company management system, in order to improve the management and competitiveness.
