Jingjiang Power Plant Project Quality Management Research

There are " four Total " principles which the management of construction quality must abide by , that is , total process ,total life circle ,total essence , total participation of all men . According to the overall objectives and quality requirements ,based on the in-process construction in the Guoxin Jingjiang power plant , this article explore the entire project-oriented process and study how to reach the model and means of the total essence of the total project. And then , the entire project is divided into six phases : planning, designing . constructing , debugging , examining and producing . Different contents , programs and measures vary with diverse phases . How to qualify the project planning , how to strengthen control -point of project quality , how to keep equalization among the quality , process and cost are discussed in this study . All these are aimed to build an efficient , energy-saving . environment friendly standard plant . How to deal with the quality management would be provided in this article for the basic construction of a plant.
