GIS has some characteristics, for example, it can confirm the developing trend through the temporal and special characters so that it can forecast the developing direction. In addition, it can simulate the space of the real world in order to solve the problems. If we can quote the GIS software to analyze the phenomena of the tourist satisfaction, it is will be more convenient and more intuitionistic to express the results and will help people make more appropriate decisions.Based on reading others'articles, the thesis summarized the theory of customer satisfaction, the characters, functions and system of GIS. In recent years, the developing goal of Qingdao tourist is changing to develop the Leisure Vacation tourism.
