Knowledge Management In The Enterprise Technology Innovation Activities

At knowledge-based economy age, the existence, operation and development of a corporation rely on knowledge more and more, rather than capital, resources and labor force. The company's technology innovation mode turns to gaining, exchanging and using knowledge, so the knowledge management is playing an increasingly important role in the corporation technology innovation. The implementation of knowledge management is in a position to accelerate the pace of innovation, scoop out the creative potential, reduce uncertainty, upgrade the competition ability of business, and ensure the technology innovation activities going on. So, the research on how knowledge management is applied to innovation activities and how to construct a scientific and reasonable innovation mechanism in order to promote the competition advantage bears a very important practical significance.This article works over the knowledge management in the innovation activities, using the knowledge management and corporation technology innovation theories. The article is totally divided into five parts:the first parts is prolegomenon, introducing the background, purport, domestic and international research situation in academic field; the second part analyzes the corporation technological innovation status quo, in order to find reasons that hander innovation in corporations. The third and fourth parts are the article's key points; the whole third part demonstrates how to make use of knowledge management in innovation activities. In this part, the author firstly illuminates the necessity, process and model of knowledge management, then shows how to establish information technology platform supporting knowledge repository, after that I explain the way to build knowledge repository and knowledge map so as to facilitate staffs searching, sharing, utilizing and upgrading knowledge and enhance technology innovation efficiency. And I divide the knowledge management implementation process into six steps; the fourth part not only emphasize that corporation should be the subject of technology innovation but also providing several countermeasures constructing knowledge management and innovation mechanisms.
