With the the rapid development of modernization construction of the plateau city of Lhasa, its regional layout optimization problem is around the corner and is widely researched and discussed by the academic community. As China invests a lot in recent years, Tibet gets great development in all aspects, which provides the development of agricultural products market regional distribution with a new historic opportunity. Compared with the domestic and international market Lhasa city's agricultural products market has its own characteristics and attributes. With Lhasa city's agricultural products market regional distribution problem as the object of study and the scientific outlook on development as the guiding ideology, this paper mainly discuss on how to realize the Lhasa city's optimal layout problem. The paper is divided into six main parts, details are as follows:The introduction part describes the research background and historical significance of social and economic development from the introduction of foreign, domestic and environment for the development of Tibet. The foreign research part elaborates the economy theory and research foundation from the respect such as market allocation and resource configuration. The domestic research briefly introduces and summarizes the agricultural products market development progress and achievements after China's reform and opening. Based on domestic and foreign research this part analyses Tibet's concrete problems and introduces the research thought, research method and innovation briefly. In related concepts and theory part, the study defines the conception of Agricultural products and market and summaries their associated attributes and take market location theory, central place theory, the gradient of non-equilibrium theory, sustainable development theory, utility theory and economic efficiency theory as the theoretical basis. In layout problem analysis and evaluation part, the research describes the total amount, scale and distribution in a large scale, on the basis of which does objective assessment of each market. In agricultural product market area layout, the problem is that the spatial layout of agricultural products is messy, regional economic development lags behind, market covers a large area but low internal can be used, market structure and distribution is eclectic. And in size configuration and function orientation, the problem is the size of the market is generally small, it's radiation limits is finite; the market mechanism is in a mess and Germination; market position deviates from its own degree of organization. The results of analysis among consumers, sellers, market manager elaborate the internal problems in regional layout. In the layout design part, the study first describes the layout principle in three aspects and four main influence factors such as Economic attribute, natural quality, Scale benefits and location. And then proposes the layout structures of two major wholesale markets and four major professional consumer and retail market and the design of the layout structure of the internal partition management. At last the designs on the above are assessed and located objectively. In the conclusions and suggestions part, three macro suggestions are emphasis on the layout, unified planning and management, "four-dimensional integration" development model. And three micro suggestions are infrastructure is the prerequisite, improve the management system is the guarantee, optimize service system is the driving force and the direction of investment is the perfection. Finally, I make a summary of the study and bring up the problems and shortcomings in this paper and make some personal hope for the layout of the agricultural market.
