Jiangsu Telecom Communications Hub Building Intelligent Systems Implementation Research

With the rapid development of computer technology, communications technology and information technology, intelligent buildings and related systems increasingly large scale, how to manage intelligent building project, is the urgent need to solve. The principles of project management provides a solution to our intelligent building, so the relevant enterprises are actively introduced the project management to the development and implementation of the work.In the intelligent building project management process, project planning and control management of the project is the key to successful implementation. In this thesis, project planning and control of intelligent buildings in the process of systematic study of specific methods for the intelligent building practitioners provide companies a reference implementation of project management, and according to the Intelligent System for the Second Communication Hub Tower of Jiangsu Telecom Project discusses intelligent building project management method in practical application in the project. This thesis aims to select the appropriate project management methods introduced from three aspects of project management knowledge and methods in the intelligent building project in the application process.The first part of intelligent building project management is analysis, design and planning. They are very important for all projects, especially for the intelligent building project. Any manager would not ignore this process and it needs fully communicate with the users, in-depth understanding of user needs for the plan based on.The second part is the project implementation. The implementation process of intelligent building project is a process of implementation plan to achieve goal. Process is the the important link of the success of the project. We expect the project work perfectly, so that the implementation process must be controlled well. Control means to compare the real situation of the project with the ideal, and take corrective action when deviations occur.The final is the summary of the importance of project management for intelligent buildings implementation, and attentions which is from experience of the Intelligent System for the Second Communication Hub Tower of Jiangsu Telecom Project. It will play an important role for the company in intelligent building project management.
