In recent years,the construction of communication engineering has been paid attention to by all sectors of society in recent years.China Mobile Communications As an important enterprise of communication enterprises,it is also necessary to develop more base stations to meet the growing customer base demand,it is in this context,China's mobile communications engineering,has gradually become a network construction workers Project.Therefore,in order to occupy more advantages in the communications industry,China Mobile communications urgently needs to be included in the Control of various elements within the communication project,such as progress,quality,cost,safety,etc.,from on the premise of ensuring quality,safety,cost and other factors,the construction of mobile communication project has played a very good promotional role.The main purpose of this paper is to solve some problems in the current construction of the tower construction project of XZ branch of China Tower company,and to put forward effective solutions and optimization methods,and to provide the project schedule management plan for the Tower of XZ branch of China Tower.Through the research,this paper summarizes the following conclusions:(1)The role of project schedule management in the process of P project construction is obvious,in the actual construction process,to shorten the duration,reduce costs,ensure quality and improve income and other aspects have shown obvious advantages,schedule management is bound to become an effective form of enterprise modernization management.Through the application of the theory and method of project schedule management,this paper collects the primary data of P project construction,collates the lack of effective planning guidance,general progress statistics and three slow problem solving of P project in the process of schedule management,and analyzes the original because the activity orientation is not perfect,the duration estimation is not scientific,The schedule is not meticulous,lack of effective schedule monitoring and strict deviation analysis,no guarantee system,etc.,through the summary of the problems and causes,construction project activities ranking,project work decomposition(WBS),Project schedule planning,project schedule monitoring,Progress Plan deviation analysis for in-depth study,And put forward the safeguard measure for project progress Management.(2)Communication network Construction is the basic work of communication operators,the base station as the fourth generation of communications technology representatives in the strong support of the state is rapidly expanding,but in the base station in the current project management process and methods there are shortcomings.It is an effective way to speed up the progress of the project,improve the progress of the market development of the operators,and apply the methods and ideas of project management to the construction project of the base station under the premise of safeguarding the quality of the project.Base station construction projects involve a variety of specialties,so there are many uncertainties affecting the progress of project projects,the use of Project schedule management related knowledge to implement the base station construction process,follow up the project schedule monitoring timely detection of problems,do a good job of deviation analysis reasonable and effective adjustment progress,in order to ensure the base station construction progress of the project management objectives.Through the research of this paper,we hope to bring reference to the construction work and project schedule management of the base station in the later stage,and hope to bring theoretical practical significance and reference value to the project management level and development of the communication enterprise.The innovative value of this paper lies in: according to the progress management plan of the tower construction project,the information is tracked,timely understanding of the actual situation of the project progress,in the face of uncertainties affecting the implementation of the project progress,timely take reasonable measures to minimize the loss,to avoid the waste of human and material resources.
