Research On Progress Planning And Control Of Putian Communication Infrastructure Special Planning Project

In large data,cloud computing,Iot and other new communications technology rapid development,people's life,recreational activities become more convenient and more colorful,at the same time,the new technology is also put forward higher requirements for telecommunications network,therefore,we need to further expansion of telecommunications network in order to meet the need of the development of new technologies.China's civil basic network mainly focuses on the telecom,mobile and unicom operators,whose construction of communication network is governed by their own policies with a low proportion of co-construction and sharing,which to some extent wastes the country's basic resources.The special planning of communication infrastructure in putian city is in line with the development of The Times.Led by putian iron tower company,the telecom,mobile and unicom operators cooperate,focusing on the joint construction and sharing planning of communication infrastructure to meet the network development needs of the three operators and new technology development needs.This paper mainly explains the whole process of communication infrastructure planning in putian city from project approval to completion of review.Communication infrastructure planning is mainly divided into wireless station site planning,transmission and communication pipeline planning and node machine room planning.The background,planning objective and implementation plan of communication infrastructure special planning in putian city were summarized first,and the project scope,WBS,planning milestone,personnel organization structure and responsibility matrix were determined using the basic theories of project scope,project schedule and other progress control.In the specific implementation process,the project progress control theory and method are used to complete the follow-up and management of the project.In combination with the specific implementation situation,corrective measures are adopted to ensure the project can be completed within the planned time range.Finally,the earned value analysis method is used to achieve the overall control of project progress and project cost.In the management of the whole life cycle process of the project,the project scope,project schedule plan,project schedule control and other series of project management methods in the project management course are mainly adopted to ensure the smooth implementation of the special planning of communication infrastructure in putian city and the delivery of the planning within the planning period.This paper combines the common methods of project schedule management to carry out the progress management of Putian Communication Infrastructure special planning project.The overall project becomes clearer,the work content and division of labor are more clear,the project management and control are more hands-on,and the idea of project schedule adjustment is more broad.Finally,the special planning of Putian Communication infrastructure is completed and handed over within the planned time limit.
