Study On Knowledge Diffusion Of High-tech Enterprise Alliance Based On Complex Network

In the era of knowledge-based economy, knowledge becomes the most important resource for enterprises. Meanwhile, knowledge innovation capability has been an im-portant foundation to acquire long-term competition advantage for high-tech enterprises. With the prevailing rate of technological innovation, the competition of intellectual product market is more intense. However, the resources and innovation capability of high-tech enterprises is very limited, so they begin to obtain complementary resources to enhance their knowledge value by alliance. High-tech enterprise alliances usually have larger knowledge foundation and knowledge innovation ability, which are the im-portant principal part for national technology innovation, so the alliances how to carry on knowledge innovation and diffusion is concerned increasingly by more and more people, and become an important research focus for knowledge management.Under the background of complex networks, the enterprises'knowledge diffusion become easier, and the high-tech enterprise alliance can break through the geographical boundary to carry on cooperative innovation and knowledge diffusion. The efficiency of knowledge diffusion is determined by the alliance's cooperative innovation and the scope of cooperation. Knowledge diffusion is essentially the effective flow and alloca-tion of innovative resources, and is helpful to improve innovation ability, which is also an important factor for constructing national innovation system and promoting national innovation ability. However, the enterprises obtain complementary resources and share R&D costs through allied collaboration to improve technological innovation efficiency, which also make the enterprises, face larger intellectual property risks. If a enterprise shares knowledge and resources with other enterprises, it may disclosure the enter-prise's core technology, which is also directly affect the cooperative innovation achievements and achieve alliance's desired goal. So high-tech enterprise alliances should regulate the knowledge sharing and communication mechanism. The complex network's property is helpful to knowledge diffusion of high-tech enterprises and pro-motes the alliance network's driving mechanism for knowledge diffusion, but which can cause intellectual property risks. Therefore, how to utilize the characteristics of alliance network to accelerate knowledge diffusion is an important basis for maintaining the al-liance's stability and development. Knowledge diffusion can be accelerated through the network. In this paper we construct knowledge diffusion model of high-tech enterprise alliance based on complex network'epidemic spreading and wave theory to reveal the characteristics of the small world property, scale-free property and community structure, and explore the attenua-tion effect, Doppler effect and Huygens-fresnel effect for the alliance's knowledge dif-fusion. By empirically analyzing TD-SCDMA industry alliance and IGRS alliance, we verify the properties and effects of high-tech enterprise alliance's knowledge diffusion, which have important theoretical and practical significance for enhancing enterprises'knowledge innovation effectiveness, promoting knowledge diffusion of high-tech en-terprise alliances and exploring the construction of national innovation system.
