Spatial Analysis On The Agglomeration Of Zhejiang Producer Service Industry

Along with the producer service industry become one of the main factors to promote the world economic growth, Zhejiang province need develop modern producer service to optimize the industrial structure and promote the construction of advanced manufacturing base. This paper select variables of information technology replace factor transportation cost factor according to the spatial feature of producer service industry. Then in the producer service industry cluster theory framework and using new economic geography analytical method to research the agglomeration reason and trend of producer service industry in Zhejiang province. From the view of the spatial nonstationarity and use empirical analysis to research the reason of service industry agglomeration in Zhejiang province according to the panel data from2003to2009and11level cities.The results show that knowledge concentration, information technology level, city scale and government size of Zhejiang province all has significant influence on the producer service industry agglomeration. The result show some regional difference and the agglomeration effect is weaker in geographical affect then cumulative cycle of causality. In addition, according to the research of nonlinear proposition, Hangzhou bay industrial and Wentai coastal industrial will decrease in long-term access. But Jinquli expressway industrial show "inverted U" structure, in other words, when the city size come up to the certain degree, the agglomeration effect began to decline.For large area, knowledge concentration both present a negative correlation to the producer service industry agglomeration. But for small area, it shows significantly positive correlation. Informationize level's effect to Zhejiang province more than the nation's average level. City scale show a positive effect to the countrywide and region area. For Zhejiang province, the performance of large area show the same result. But Hangzhou bay industrial and Wentai coastal industrial show the opposite results. From the large area, government size present negative relationship to producer service industry agglomeration, but from the regional area, only Hangzhou bay industrial present the same result. Further research on the nonlinear relationship between city scale and the agglomeration of produce service industry, the result show this proposition is established in Jinquli expressway industrial, and in other industrial this proposition is false. In a word,"inverted U" structure is exist in the economically underdeveloped areas, that make the agglomeration effect reduce when city scale reach a certain degree. And in the economic developed area, they are show a linear relationship.According to the reach on the Zhejiang producer service industry agglomeration and analysis the result with national's, this paper put forward the policy measures of how to develop Zhejiang producer service industry.Firstly, carry out " prosperousing the country through science and education" strategy, improve the level of human capital through education way. Secondly, implement informationization strategy to promote producer service industry development. Thirdly, to different regions, policy should be treated differently. Fourth, according to government scale's different impact to the agglomeration of service industry, local government shall perform different administrative function.
