With the rapid development of economy, the competition of industry becomes violent and the surroundings of corporation change more complex, more and more enterprises pay high value of human resources management, and performance management as the core of human resources management is gradually used in enterprise. Effective performance management can promote the realization of organizational goals, especially for drinks industry homogeneity, marketing personnel is the foundation of the development of corporation, then the performance management is very important for the sales staff. In the process of marketing activity, only managing the performance of the sales personnel could restrict and encourage their working behavior, enhance their enthusiasm and initiative, consequently improve work efficiency of sales group. How to strengthen the management of sales personnel and improve the economic benefits of organization have become a key to success or failure for enterprise. Therefore the study of performance management and method become very urgent.There is a complete system about performance management theory, but the problem is that how to combine these theories with enterprise's specific practice. The paper mainly expounds the background and meaning of the problem, elaborates the paper contents and methods. The paper briefly introduces the development of A company, and deeply analyze the current situation of the performance management.,points out the problems of performance management in this company, and analyzing the causes of the problems, human resource performance management is redesigned for A company. And the sales personnel performance management plan is formulated to improve the sales personnel performance management system of A company, some feasible measures are putted forward to adapt to the needs of enterprise development.In the process of paper research, sales personnel performance management system is designed again, which use questionnaire survey, the literature analysis, the researchers interview, key performance indicators and so on many kinds of research methods, and combined with practical situation of A company so as to make contribution and assistance for strategy development of A company.
