Problems And Countermeasures Of Inventory Management Of DEF

With the rapid development of automobile industry, the auto parts manufacturers developed meanwhile. According to statistics, there are about10000the auto parts manufacturers. Under the competitive marketing environment with the increase of cost and labor, most of automotive enterprises are seeking for a way to meet the requirements of clients and feedback effectively. Along with the development of the supply chain management, the enterprise management is trying to find a better solution for the inventory control to meet the target of enhance their key competence.One of the most important theories of supply chain system is inventory control. The quantities of the inventory impact the enterprise's cost and the cash flow turnover directly. Facing the fierce market competition today, most of the auto parts manufacturers innovate and practice continuously to improve manufacture and logistic control. Base on this, this article studied the advanced theory and technology by learning the results of former research. If we consider it on the view of the supply chain management, some of advanced solutions can be practiced, such as VMI (Vender Management Inventory), JIT (Just In Time), TPL(Third Party Logistics), ABC (Activity Based Classification),etc.Base on the study of an automotive enterprise inventory control, a special case is studied. After analyzing the inventory problem of the company, the methods are listed from some field: find the strategy partners of the enterprise, performance evaluation of the third party logistics, production and purchase management. The purpose of the study is to optimize the service level of enterprise, provide solution of inventory control, decrease the inventory cost and promote the enterprise competitive.
