Research On The Influence Of FDI On China's Security Of Industrial Distribution

With the further opening of China, FDI has become an important component of China's economy, especially since China's accession to the WTO, a large number of FDI flowed into China. The introduction of FDI to China, on the one hand, has promoted the development of China's economic, on the other hand, the investment areas of FDI is unbalanced, which impacts China's security of industrial distribution.The paper researches from two perspectives, one based on regional differences, the other based on subdivided industry. From the perspective of regional differences, the paper analyses FDI distribution in eastern,central and western region in China. On the one hand, compared with the distribution of domestic capital in China, the paper determines the different distribution between FDI and domestic capital; on the other hand, this paper selects the index of FDI inflow performance and FDI contribution rate, analyses the economic differences in different regional because of the unbalanced distribution of FDI and draws the conclusion that the distribution of FDI goes against reducing regional differences. From the perspective of subdivided industry, the paper analyses FDI distribution in subdivided industry of eastern,central and western China and make a conclusion of the agglomeration subdivided industry of FDI in different province through factor analysis. Compared with the superior resources, the paper indicates that the distribution of FDI in subdivided industry coordinates with the superior resources in different regions and realizes the goal of optimal allocation of regional resources. As a result, the distribution of FDI in subdivided industry is almost reasonable. Through the above analysis, the paper proposes the suggestion on further reducing the unbalance distribution of FDI in eastern,central and western region in China and continuing to guide FDI to flow to the subdivided industry which the region encourages.
