Research On Supply Chain Model Of Fruit And Vegetable Logistics

As China's economy continues to change, the pace of modern logistics industry begins to march slowly. Modern circulation system has replaced productivity becoming main factor restricting the modern agriculture development of China under the environment of production technology continuously improved. High logistics cost, low circulation efficiency, high attrition rate etc, these factors constrain modern agricultural circulation. At present, the loss rate of fruit and vegetable is25%, which has huge gap compared with developed countries5%.We know, logistics cost of fruit and vegetable accounts for70%in total cost. The larger number is huge profits source for businessman. Therefore, how to reduce logistics cost becomes to a realistic problem need to solve urgently.The main problem of fruit and vegetable logistics conforms to too much logistics links, not smooth logistics channel, low level management and relatively backward conditions of storage and transportation.The key factor of solving these problems is establishing supply chain model to adapt the present situation development of China's fruit and vegetable logistics for optimizing supply chain links. In view of this, this article chooses fruit and vegetable as research target, utilizing empirical research method choosing fruit and vegetable circulation situation of Beijing area as research subject, basing on thorough analysis in success supply chain model of overseas and present model of our country, relying on supply chain management concept, analyzing the existing logistics problem of fruit and vegetable of China systematacially under present model. In considering above mentioned factors, this article establish innovative chain model, which is let core enterprise as the leading factor, agricultural cooperative as assisting factor, and discusses its feasibility and advantage. The article uses empirical research method, choosing fruit and vegetable circulation of agricultural products in Beijing area as research subject, analyzing current model combine with innovation pattern, providing for its improvement with corresponding suggestions and strategies.This paper has18figure,11table and61references.
