Evolutionary Game And Simulation Analysis Of Knowledge Sharing Strategies Among Enterprises In Creative Industry Clusters

With the development of the world economy into the era of knowledge,the development of creative industry clusters has gradually become the main impetus to promote the economic development of various countries.The creative industry belongs to the knowledge-intensive industry,each enterprise development will not have all the knowledge resources needed for the development of the enterprise,the creative enterprises only rely on their own knowledge stock to realize the knowledge innovation is far from,which need to exchange learning from outside to get more other knowledge by various ways,The realization of this process needs to use knowledge sharing.A large number of scholars at home and abroad through theoretical and empirical research to prove that the enterprise knowledge innovation and regional economic development are more or less benefited from knowledge sharing,this trend is becoming more obvious.In the 19 report,Our country strongly calls on our enterprises to strengthen the innovation ability,and at the same time beware of the island effect in the development of enterprises,we should focus on the cooperative development and promote the sharing of knowledge resources.At present,sharing economic is in full swing,in order to improve the overall competitiveness of industrial clusters,we must fully develop the sharing effect of knowledge resources.But in recent years,the research shows that some of the creative industrial parks in our country only stay in the geographical location close to each other,there are short of exchanging between each us,so the existing creative industrial parks have a lack of knowledge sharing problems.Through reading the literature to understand the impact factors of knowledge sharing,combined with the reality that the development of creative industrial clusters in our country is the form government policy led to.In the beginning of this paper,we establishes a complete information static game model to discuss the strategic choice of knowledge sharing among enterprises in the creative industry cluster with two conditions,one of the absence of government participation,the other with.The final Nash equilibrium result of the game shows that the decision selection of the game is both not shared with no government.Under the participation of the Government,the game finally realizes the equilibrium result of the choice sharing strategy.The study shows that when the cost of sharing is less than the sum of the profits and government rewards,the enterprise will actively choose knowledge sharing.Then this paper analyzes the process of selecting knowledge sharing behavior among cluster enterprises with government participation in the long-term dynamic from the perspective of evolutionary game theory,and obtains the evolutionary stability strategy of the game,and focuses on the convergence path of the evolution of the two players under certain constraints.Evolutionary results show that there are three method to get the ideal result we want,reducing the cost and value of enterprises,or to increase the share of profits between enterprises,also can increase the Government's reward value,but in reality the costs of knowledge sharing can not be reduced more,so the government should strengthen incentives to adjust,It should be shown here that one side ' s reward is the other punishment.The results of simulation show that both knowledge sharing strategy will be realized when the value within the range of four to six,the faster the convergence of the knowledge sharing strategy among cluster enterprises when the value bigger.Therefore,the Government's appropriate rewards mechanism will guide the enterprise to choose knowledge Sharing.Finally,the paper puts forward the method of promoting the knowledge sharing among the government and the cluster enterprises themselves:(1)The government should scientifically plan the incentive budget constraints,carry out certain rewards in the effective range of values,actively attract enterprises into the cluster,and strength rights protection of intellectual property.(2)The enterprises should improve the awareness of knowledge sharing,promote the mutual cormmunication and knowledge interaction,advocating the atmosphere of innovation in the cluster,creating a free and open knowledge exchange and innovation environment in the creative industry clusters with different characteristics,and seeking knowledge Interaction with the other enterprises in the industry cluster?...
