China Post to the development of financial business after several years offinancial industry has become an important force, with the financial system continuedto deepen reform and regulation, Postal Savings of China into the transition, And in2007officially inaugurated the establishment of the Postal Savings Bank of ChinaCo.Ltd., become the four state-owned commercial banks after a fifth-largest nationalcommercial bank.Postal Savings Bank of China to make a successful transition to a fullyfunctional commercial bank, focus on human resource management companies intransition has important practical significance. Human resources management is thecore of modern business management, human resources management anddevelopment should also change as the business changes as, how to change theimplementation of human resources management system, is Postal Savings Bank ofChina facing deep challenges in transition.This paper is divided into four parts.
