After the 4 trillion economic stimulus plan in 2008,China government investment in fixed assets investment,road and bridge construction and other infrastructure projects to suspend or cancel,which made a significant reduction in demand for excavators.The second half of 2011,the Chinese excavator Industry since the expansion of three consecutive years since the expansion,suddenly encountered a cliff diving,excavator sales for 58 consecutive months of negative growth,the domestic excavator company from the original 36 into 20,the strategic transformation and upgrading become a mining Machine business inevitable problem.Y company proposed the strategic transformation,from the current operating indicators,year-on-year industry on or below the medium level,the transition strategy landing and the company is expected to have a big difference,while the internal management performance in the low efficiency of research and development,human resources planning behind the strategy,employee satisfaction decline,and the corporate culture to deepen the strategic impact of the landing,and these problems focus on human resources management to support the strategic very poor.This paper investigates the problems existing in Y human resources planning,salary incentive system,performance management system,career planning,corporate culture and so on,and finds out the problems of Y company in manpower resource management support strategy exists five key factors,and propose improvement measures to ensure the implementation of the transformation strategy.The conclusion of this paper is that it is great significance to the improvement of the five factors which are human resource planning,salary incentive system,performance management system,career planning and corporate culture,and it is of great significance to the strategic transformation of other enterprises.
