In the past three decades, China’s economy has been rapid development of Chinese enterprisesare facing the competitive environment has also undergone a dramatic change. For enterprises, the value ofhuman resources is not lower than the money-capital enterprise; the value of physical capital, in manycompanies, industry, and human capital has become one of the important factors of production. However,the traditional human resources management models in many respects, is not doing too good, or evenreduce the overall operational efficiency.This article is based on the human resources management has many years of practical experienceand access to learning theory in the field of human resource management literature, decided to study theChinese enterprise human resource management change in the transition period.This paper studies the theory school at home and abroad on human resources management andhuman resource management change, and to study the Chinese human resource management practice anddevelopment of the status quo, which is to understand the status of human resource management inChinese enterprises. These studies laid the theoretical basis of this study. Then, the transition definedconcept, and pointed out that the transformation of Chinese enterprises are facing the macro environment.Given the macro environment, this paper studies the relationship between corporate human resourcemanagement and enterprise environment, and human resource management in transition, enterprises arefacing change, and then pointed out that the transformation of corporate human resources management theneed for change. Finally, the paper identified the four directions of the transformation of human resourcesreform, and on how specific reform, the paper points out the reform measures. Convinced that research on enterprise human resource management change in transition, arebetter able to guide Chinese enterprises in human resource management practices.
