A Comprehensive Evaluation Study Of The Development And Design Of Hengyang Countryside Low-Carbon Tourism Sites

Entering the21st century, with continuous development of various reforms in rural areas, rural economic and social development of our country has made great achievements. And it has laid a solid foundation to achieve the great cause of modernization construction as soon as possible. However, in the face of the encouraging results, we also should keep calm and awake to find some disadvantages. Especially after the2020year goal of completing building a well-off society has put forward, China's vast rural regions will naturally become the focus and the difficult area of the overall construction of a well-off society. As an important direction of development of regional economy in rural areas, the study on the development of tourism industry, particularly of new emerging low carbon tourism industry, has become one of the main tasks which we urgently need to complete at the present. This thesis starts from macro evaluation of the development and design status of rural low carbon tourism sites, based on logic order which begins form reality to theory research then to practice. And the thesis, in four parts, makes a relative study and interpretation on rural low carbon tourism industry development theory and its specific role in Hengyang. First, it forms related theory system of rural low carbon tourism industry development, including defined general concepts of rural low carbon tourism industry development and related theoretical basis of developing construction of low carbon tourism industry in general rural area. Second, it establishes evaluation methods and index system of development and design of rural low carbon tourism sites, including the selection and use of three evaluation indexes, which are the low carbon tourism resources evaluation of rural low carbon tourism sites (the foundation of scenic development and planning design), the application evaluation of low carbon technology in rural low carbon tourism sites development and design (the technology means of scenic development and planning design), and the evaluation of marketing and management level of rural low carbon tourism sites (the concepts and operational possibility of scenic development and planning design). Third, it uses evaluation index system as standard to conduct evaluation application research of regional planning and design of rural low carbon tourism, and it takes the planning of Leiyang San Yi village Shenquandong new rural low carbon tourism sites for cases. Fourth, it puts forward strategic thinking about promoting project development and design level of rural low carbon tourism industry in Hengyang, while it also makes suggestions for the promotion of project development and design level of rural low carbon tourism industry in Hengyang.
