The Study On Low-carbon Development And Measures To China's Tourism

With the rapid growth of the global economy, the environmental problems just like energy consumption and environmental pollution has caused the worldwide attention. Copenhagen climate conference in 2009 let the world concentrate the global climate change again, developing low carbon economy become a strategic choice to the global climate change human faces. Although tourism has always been considered consumped less in resource and the"smoke-free industry " in contamination, This does not mean that tourism has no carbon emissions. With the development of tourism and varied forms of tourist, tourism brings the environment problems increasingly significant. So, tourism need to control its development of the energy consumption , control the carbon dioxide emissions and pay attention to low-carbon development. This paper is to analysis the energy consumption and carbon dioxide emission quantitatly and put forward the method of development of low carbon tourism.Low carbon tourism is the action carris out about low carbon economy ideas in tourism development , is a kind of brand-new tourism development mode, it with tourism system as the research object, The production and consumption of tourism products as the main development of low carbon content , finally realizes the sustainable development of tourism industry. Low carbon tourism with low carbon sex, innovative features. China's development low carbon tourism should adopt the "trinity" of tourism policy, give full play to the government's leading role, tourism enterprises' main roles and the fundamental role of tourists. From the travel mode of transport, low carbon transport technology, and development of low carbon transport,from the hotel building, air-conditioning reduces tourist industry energy consumption and emissions of carbon dioxide. By taking create circular scenic spots to plan a low carbon tourist attractions.The paper includes six parts: The first part is the introduction. Firstly ,this paper introduces the research background, research methods and theoretical foundation; Then, analyze current research at home and abroad from the angles of research process and the research content , finally .The second part analysis the low carbon tourism from the angle of concept. This paper summarizes the characteristics of low carbon tourism, compares the three related concepts——sustainable development tourism, ecological tourism and green tourism, analysis and comparise the three related concepts′same places and differences,conclude that low carbon tourism contains ecological tourism and green tourism.The third part analyzes the advantage of developing low carbon tourism in our nation.this part is the theoretical basis of low carbon tourism. This section, analyses the advantage of the development of low carbon tourism in tourism congenital conditions firstly. Assyrias the advantages and the significance in the development of low carbon tourism combined with the actual situation in our country.The fourth part introduces the situation of the energy consumption and carbon dioxide emissions in tourism.This section quantitative China's energy consumption and emissions of carbon dioxide through the data collection. Quantization process devastates tourism energy consumption and carbon dioxide emissions into three main parts---- transportation, accommodations industry and tourism activities.The fifth part proposed the method to resolve our country's low carbon development in tourism problem, Studied the method detailedly in four factors---- policies, transportation,accommodations industry and tourism scenic spot.The sixth is the conclusion. This part summarized the results and the deficiencies in this paper.
