In recent years, as the factory buildings and structures of the basic using material, prestressed concrete pipe pile (hereinafter referred to as PHC pipe pile) is being extensively used into bridge, railway viaduct, high-rise and overpass building projects. With the rapid development of our economy, the prestressed concrete pipe pile industry is developing very quickly. But the industry is becoming more and more complex. There are not only private enterprises but also state-owned enterprises in this industry. In the1990s, the government formulated the concrete pipe industry standard, and so far, both the use of materials and production technology have changed. Different economic condition and different market subject nas different business models. In this condition, the enterprise must emancipate the mind, forge ahead, make marketing innovation, and positively seek new marketing mode to compete in the fierce market competitions, and occupy greater market share.Based on the domestic and foreign scholars study, this paper first expounds the marketing innovation, marketing model and marketing the meaning of innovation, and then analyses the marketing mode in several aspects-business performance, personnel structure, enterprise culture combining actual situation about Anhui huajian pipe pile Co., LTD, and finds the exsiting problems. Finally, the author introduce the marketing mode innovation path, the construction of new marketing mode model, and put forward the new marketing mode concluding cooperative marketing, cultural marketing and humanistic spirit marketing elements, which has certain practical reference value for pipe industry.
