Research On Transit Trading Development Of Lignite In Jinzhou Port

Jinzhou Port is the most convenient access to the sea in the Midwest of Jilin province and Heilongjiang province, the north part of North China, the eastern Inner Mongolia and Siberia of Russia. It's also the transfer station of coal transportation from north to south and the most important coal logistics node in China. So Jinzhou Port is called "The first transit port of Chinese lignite". Recently, the lignite quantity of Jinzhou Port rises considerably. Therefore, the study of transit trade problem of lignite in Jinzhou Port becomes an important task.Firstly, this paper introduces the internal environment of Jinzhou Port and the present situation of transit trade of lignite in Jinzhou Port. Accordingly, analyzes the supply and demand situation. Then we collect related data in last few years and predict the coal throughput of Jinzhou Port in the next two years using the method of three exponential smoothing.Secondly, we analyze the external environment of lignite transit, and its development situation using SWOT analysis.Again, we forecast the construction of electronic trading platform of lignite transition in Jinzhou Port. Then we also analyze its importance and operational risks. This paper proposes appropriate control measures.Finally, based on all of the above analysis, this paper proposes effective measures of transit trade development of lignite in Jinzhou Port. There are many problems that still exist. Jinzhou Port should improve the space utilization rate, shunt lignite effectively, improve the fulfillment rate of plan of Cargo concentration in port, strengthen the convergence of port and rail and customer management, and establish the electronic trading platform for the development of lignite transfer.
