With the rapid development of science and technology, speed up the pace of economic globalization, the increasingly competitive domestic and foreign enterprises. Competition among enterprises is the talent competition in the final analysis, the core staff is the carrier of the competitiveness of enterprises, and a source of enterprise value. Value assessment and management of key employees has become of great concern to enterprises. However, less of the current theory of human resource development of the enterprise core staff evaluation criteria, rating scales and other issues of concern, is still only stay in the qualitative description. Therefore, if an operation is convenient, intuitive method to evaluate the enterprise value of the core staff will be able to help companies identify, evaluate the size of the core staff of the value for the enterprise in the job promotion provides an important basis for employer decision-making.This paper briefly describes the definition of key employees, define the methods and the role of the characteristics of the company's core staff, and from the personality, ability and quality, and demand.Secondly, the core staff of competent quality multi-benchmark evaluation method and the relative quality assessment method based on the theory, the valuation of the core staff to do to illustrate Next to the above theory, select the relative quality evaluation method combined with the expert score on the value of the enterprise's core staff to make a specific assessment.
