| Cell production originated in the group technology earliest, Japanese began the study of cell production in the1980s, but it had not much use in actual production at that time until Mr Hayakawa made a wide range of use in SONY creatively. With the increasing saturating of the market demand, multi-species, multi-batch, small batch, short delivery becoming the new characteristics of the market demand, the flexible nature of the cell production just followed the trend of the times, domestic and foreign enterprises have followed and began to use the modes of cell production. The International Engineering Consortium has predicted that there will have70percents of the enterprises use cell production in the future,the cell production will become the main production mode in the manufacturing.This paper take the A company's assembly plant as the study object, had a deep research on it and found that the assembly of the original pipeline had been unable to satisfy the customers'needs, and it was often unable to complete the delivery in the demand of the time,which had a geat harm to the reputation of company A,and it felled into a situation of gradual loss of customer, so it was urgent to change the mode of production and started to use lean production. In this paper,what had been done for the implement of cell production in company A as follows:Analyzes the feasibility of implementing the cell production method firstly,use the method of PFA(production flow analysis)in GT(group technology)to classify the production cell,and put the production that have the same or similar process in one cell as far as possible; and then analysis all cells product situation and use industrial engineering method to improve the process,work out the tatk time,estimate the number of production cell,then do the preliminary planning of the facilities layout;formulate the corresponding improvement plan according to the employees'operation lever,and train multi-skill;at last,use the method of QFD(quality function deployment)to evaluate the production line to ensure the cell production promoting continuously. |
