Research On Production Standardazation For HVAC Actuator Of Johnson Electric Company

With the futher development of China's reform and opening up,China's manufacturing capacity is growing rapidly.Among them,automobile production and sales leaps to the top one of the world.Though net profit of China automobile semi-automatic manufacturing industry is around 20%,ShenZhen Human cost goes up 10% yearly.Reducing the production and operation cost is the most serious problem for JOHNSON ELECTRIC,a traditional semi-automatic manual assembly and manufacturing company.JOHNSON ELECTRIC is a labor-intensive manufacturing company,engaged in the research and development,design,parts manufacturing and product assembling of automobile and insustrial motor,providing the driving solutions for customers.Heating,Ventilation,Air-conditioning and Cooling(HVAC)of JOHNSON ELECTRIC is researched to reduce production and operation cost with standardized production.First of all,we use the Fishbone Diagram to collate the problems which might be caused in the process of standardized production,mainly including wide variety of materials,old and chaotic production process,non generality of production equipment,undisciplined personnel operating,unstable of field-measuring system and cultural difference.For mentioned issues,we analyzes and comes to the root cause as ambiguity of customer demand identification and product requirement,undefined criteria of production technology,non generality of production equipment,nonstandard operation,less rigorous field measurement system analysis,low of corporate culture recognition and all root casue due to standard is unclear.Therefore,we use Quality Function Deployment(QFD)to get the whole picture of identifying customer demand and product requirement,optimize product design,and improve material sharing.Production Preparation Process(3P)and Lean Production apply to set standard for production technology,production equipment and personnel operation.Measurement system standard is established with Measurement System Analysis(MSA).Last but not least,recognition of corporate culture will be enhanced and then reduce the production cost for the operation of HVAC.Standardized production is a huge and long-term strategic project.At present,most of the manufacturing companies in China are still in the stage of improving.Therefore,based on the research of JOHNSON ELECTRIC HVAC standardized production,this article not only plays a positive role in promoting the company's overall production and operation management ability,but also provided a meaningful reference to standardization of Chines traditional manufacturing reform.
