The proportion of new generation rural labor is an increasing group, and the new generation rural labor generally located in the bottom of society are facing many social problems. They have a greater pressure and lower Subjective Well-being.This thesis will research the new generation rural labor, and by interviewing and questionnaire survey, define the factors that influence the Subjective Well-being of the new generation rural labor. And according to the result of the questionnaire survey, analyze the weight of each factors with analytic hierarchy process. So that this thesis can provide some targeted recommendation in order to help improve the Subjective Well-being of the new generation rural labor.In this thesis, the data is collected through questionnaire, and spssl9.0and lisrel8.7software are used for statistical analysis of data. The results show that the factors that influence Subjective Well-being of the new generation rural labor have six dimensions, including work factor, family factor, self-realization, personality, social factor and interpersonal factor. The results of difference test show that there is no significant difference of the six dimensions between different genders. But the difference of family factor and personality is significant among different age. Compared to the younger new generation rural labor, the older people view that family factor is more important and personality is less important. There are significant difference of work factor and self-realization among different education levels. Among the new generation rural labor, the person with higher education levels view that work factor and self-realization are more important to Subjective Well-being. The difference of personality and interpersonal factor among different working years are significantly different, and self-realization, social factor, interpersonal factor are significantly different among different income levels. With higher income levels, people view that self-realization, social factor, interpersonal factor are more important.This thesis analyzes the weight of each factor with analytic hierarchy process. By sorting all the factors, define the main factors that influence Subjective Well-being of the new generation rural labor, then can take targeted measures to improve.
