With the rapid development of Chinese economy, manufacturing industry in China has developed significantly. China is gradually being replaced by "World Factory","Made in China" is popular all over the world. However, during to the scarcity of labor, labor costs rise, the appreciation of the renminbi, limited land resources, land prices and other reasons, business profits were ruthless in compression, manufacturing enterprises were thrown into unknown dilemma which were at the most low-end of the " smile curve". How to make use of the advantages of localization to enable the manufacturing industry to catch up with and surpass, how to make use of the existing external resources to enter the new international industry value chain is an important problem to be resolved. Manufacturing enterprises can only enhance the core competitiveness and create high value-added service companies through reorganization. This article takes manufacturing enterprises in China service transformation as the research subject, with the organization of the enterprise reengineering as the research perspective, carrying out research starting from the reconstruction of enterprise culture, business process reengineering, organization structure reform three dimensions.The main contents of this paper include five parts:the first part elaborates the research background, purpose and significance, and reviews the relevant research results and present situation at home and abroad, and introduces the research methods and thesis framework; the second part is the theoretical foundation of the manufacturing enterprise service transformation, elaborates the intention, mechanism and transformation mode of the manufacturing enterprises; the third part deeply analysis organization, process, enterprise culture which are the three main factors of manufacturing enterprises transformation, separately from motive, principle of transformation and its changing process; the fourth part establish the evaluation index and questionnaire of the manufacturing enterprise organization reengineering, and explores the correlation among corporate culture, business process reengineering, organizational revolution and performance; the fifth part is the case analysis, it is mainly for the practicality of verifying hypothesis, the model assumptions and model evaluation will be applied to the effect evaluation of Huawei's performance, and finds out the development and transformation way for Huawei company.The results and innovation of this study lie in establishing the evaluation index system of the manufacturing enterprise organization reengineering which is composed of four two class index and thirty-five three class index. Verifying the reliability of the questionnaire date using SPSS, and validated that organization revolution has the effect of promoting to enterprise performance through the correlation analysis of organization revolution, organization reengineering, culture reshaping and enterprise performance.
