At this stage, more and more researchers and managers pay great attention on these variables of organization justice, job burnout and counterproductive work behavior. There are many literatures about the relationship between organization justice and job burnout at home and abroad, meanwhile, there are many documents about the study of counterproductive work behavior on abroad, but few domestic research study counterproductive work behavior, and in papers just mentioned some appearance of the counterproductive work behavior, there is no depth study. In recent years, some researchers proposed that the perception of organization justice and of a series of employee psychological reactions (such as emotional exhaustion, depression, resentment, etc.) is one of the main factors to affect the counterproductive work behavior. Second, at the base of existing literature, this article defined the definition of related variable and the dimensions of each variable, then build the research model. Third, this paper prepared the measurement scale, selected some corporate employees as sample in Taiyuan, Jinzhong and Linfen city, and used the questionnaire to obtain the data of this study. Through the analysis of data, this paper draws some conclusions:(1)The perception of organization justice has a significant negative correlation with job burnout.(2) Job burnout and counterproductive work behavior has a significant positive correlation.(3) Organization justice and counterproductive work behavior has a significant negative correlation.(4) Job burnout played the part of the mediating role in the relationship between organizational justice and counter-productive behavior. Then, based on the conclusions of empirical research, this paper made some suggestions for practical areas to improve organization justice, alleviate employee job burnout, and reduce the suggestions of the staff's counterproductive work behavior.
