New Rural Construction Of Tibetan Farmers And Herdsmen Housing Projects

This paper focused on the Housing Project implemented since2006in Tibet Autonomous Region, used the methods of comparing documentaries and comprehensive analysis, through relative field works at typical areas in TAR such as Chenguan District, Dazi County, Lhoka, Nyngchi. Firstly put the analysis of Housing Project in to the background of the Socialism New Rural Construction in TAR, reviewed the main contents and social function of the Socialism New Rural Construction in TAR, and concluded the interconnection between the Socialism New Rural Construction in TAR and the Housing Project. Mainly instructed the current situation of the Housing Project and its contents, function, characteristics and methods have been built since it was implemented in2006, especially discussed its influences on the herdsmen's daily life and social construction from both economic and society. Finally, respectively described the actual results and existing problems of the Housing Project during last5years, as well as the useful conditions and social basics for continuing the Housing Project in the future, and informed the forward relative suggestions.
