Knowledge Of R&D Alliances Synergetic Mechanism

On the one hand, with the coming of scientific development and globalization,cooperation for enterprise with external organizations becomes inevitable becauseenterprise needs to survive and develop in the rapidly changing and competitiveenvironment. Not only does cooperation matters for enterprise to gain competitiveness,it also substantial for our country to advance scientific competitiveness. On the otherhand, knowledge has become the crucial strategic volunteer and key factor ofproduction with the arrival of knowledge-economic era. Knowledge becomes moreimportant for the future of enterprise and an increase number of enterprise has raised itscompetitiveness in managing knowledge. For organizations, how to use networktechnology to organize internal and external sources for them and make individual partsunify and become a larger part, which achieves "1+1>2", has become a very importantresearch topic. Consequently, knowledge collaboration comes into being. Synergytheory of R&D alliances, which is a special form of organization, has become thetheoretical basis since its inception. Because R&D alliances are consists of enterpriseand schools, it's important to organize them and sign agreement. Therefore, the researchof R&D alliances is important, which is to complete knowledge management andcollaboration system.Through summarizing and analyzing the pattern of R&D alliance, characteristicsand operation, this paper summed up the definition of the collaborative R&D allianceknowledge and elements to achieve further analysis of the collaborative R&D allianceknowledge. Analyzing the influential factors of knowledge coordination of R&Dalliances, I summed up the knowledge of R&D alliance collaborative implementationmechanism to build knowledge of R&D alliance synergies for the overall frameworkof the mechanism. Based on above theoretical analysis and on the thesis collaborativeimplementation mechanism, I came up with a few safeguards in order to promote R&D alliance knowledge collaborative mechanism, and the to strengthen the level of thefinal R&D cooperation on R&D alliance knowledge.
