In recent years, knowledge-sharing in knowledge alliance has taken more and more attentions by spoolers. Knowledge-sharing happens when knowledge flows among knowledge workers in knowledge alliance, and it must be influenced by individual mental motivation, subject attitude and culture, as Abraham Maslow once said, however, the research on knowledge-sharing in domestic academic had focused on the technical field, ignoring the knowledge-sharing willingness of knowledge workers, which has a direct impact on the sharing of tacit knowledge in knowledge alliance. Therefore, knowledge-sharing in the knowledge alliance must take into account the demand structure of knowledge workers.Research on relationship between demand structure of knowledge workers and willingness of knowledge-sharing in knowledge alliance has become a key issues. which must attract managers attention, and it is a cause for concern, new research directions. In order to study how the demand structure of knowledge workers influence the willingness of knowledge-sharing in knowledge alliance, we reviewed the research on the demand for knowledge workers and knowledge-sharing, on this basis, we conclude that the demand of knowledge workers certainly influence the willingness of knowledge-sharing, drawing on relevant theory and existing research findings, we build the hypothesis on the relationship between demand structure of knowledge workers and willingness of knowledge-sharing. Questionnaire on knowledge workers in the domestic knowledge alliance to conduct an empirical survey, we use SPSS17.0and AMOS17.0to analyze the dates and reach the following conclusions:(1) The demand structure knowledge workers can be divided into four dimensions, including explicit demand, tacit demand, activity demand and emerging demand;(2) Explicit demand has a negative impact on knowledge-sharing willingness of knowledge workers;(3) tacit demand, activity demand and emerging demand have a positive effect on knowledge-sharing willingness of knowledge workers.In all, this research paper can be seen as a exploratory study in this field, and the conclusions we have reached will not only rich the theories of knowledge-sharing, but also can give some valuable theoretical suggestions for the knowledge alliance companies.
