The Development Of Commerce And Trade Circulation Internal Differences In The West And Its Influencing Factors Analysis

With the continuous development and improvement of China's socialist marketeconomy, the status of the circulation industry in economic development has beenincreasing. The commercial and trade circulation, as an important part of thecirculation industry, plays an increasingly important role in promoting employment,improving people's livelihood and promoting coordinated regional economicdevelopment. Comprehensive understanding of the trend and status of the internaldifferences in the development of commercial and trade circulation in western region,which facilitate the adoption of targeted policies to promote coordinated regionaldevelopment of the western commercial and trade circulation, and thus play a leadingrole in regional economic development. Based on the above understanding, theresearch from the following aspects:First of all, based on related theoretical studies, the paper described the statusand trends of commercial and trade circulation development in the western region,from the four aspects: the total retail sales per capita, value added, employment andinvestment in fixed assets, and then compared with eastern and central region foranalysis.Secondly, building comprehensive evaluation index system of internaldifferences in the development of commercial and trade circulation in western regionon the basis of the analysis on status. And then through global principal componentsanalysis to extract six global principal components, the article achieves sectional andcomprehensive survey of the internal differences in the development of westerncommercial and trade circulation. Based on comprehensive evaluation score, thewestern region is divided into three categories areas by cluster analysis. Fromabsolute deference and relative difference the paper have a further analysis on thetrend of the internal differences. And then applying the Theil index to decompose theinternal differences, it was found that the differences among three types regional zonehave a big contribution to the internal differences, and the difference appears theupward trend.Thirdly, by establishing analysis framework to have a theoretical explanation onthe internal differences in interpretation theory. Applying the panel data model, withthe comprehensive evaluation score as be explained variables, to have an empiricaltesting on the impact of the fixed assets, the market index, labor productivity level ofurbanization, commercial and trade circulation profitability and per capita fiscalexpenditure.Finally, on the basis of the above analysis results for the internal differences in the development of commercial and trade circulation, the paper proposescountermeasures and suggestions to promote the coordinated development of westerncommercial and trade circulation industry. That is Implementation of differentiatedcommercial and trade circulation growth strategy; focused on commercial and tradecirculation employing labor efficiency improvement; improvement and unification ofthe market system in the western region. Only in this way can promote thecoordinated development of the western commercial and trade circulation, and thusplay its due role in regional economic development.
