A region’s economic development requires strong support of funds, and the listing corporation is to play such a role. In the10years with the development of western region, listing Corporation, on the one hand, raised a lot of money from the stock market to make its total assets accumulation increased and operating results continue to change for the better, on the other hand, promoted the economic development of the western region. As a result, it plays a key role in the development of structured National economic growth and economic.Therefore, how to make evaluation scientific and accurate on the operation condition of listed companies in the western areas is significant. The evaluation can provide important theoretical basis and reference value for the operating development of listing Corporation and the national economic policy, or for economic development in western areas. Comprehensive review is presented in this paper on the basis of related research at home and abroad. The research object are listed companies (excluding financial, insurance) in the western region in the Shanghai and Shenzhen A-share main board.And the data index to carry on is the qualitative analysis with quantitative analysis. The first surveys of the western region listed are introduced, then according to the financial data from2002to2011the country and Western listing Corporation, constructs the evaluation index system of the western region the operating status of listing Corporation. The western region of the business of the listing Corporation were descriptive statistics and quantitative analysis of the data, while listing Corporation, will be in the western region compared to the national listed companies as a whole, so that from the overall angle, lateral and longitudinal comparative analysis on the western region of the company’s operating condition. The western region and the national listing Corporation listing Corporation as a whole, in order to analyze the western region city company operating conditions in general, horizontal, the vertical angle, In this paper, the integrated use of the data processing adopts factor analysis and principal component analysis method, at the same time the SPSS and EVIEWS statistical software to proceed comprehensive evaluation analysis of the operating performance of listing Corporation in the west.Finally, the author summarizes the results of this study, and puts forward relevant policy suggestions to promote China’s listing Corporation development of the western region, what’ more, the direction of future research is discussed and prospected.
