The Research Of Sustainable Use Of Land Resource In Lianjiang

The land is non-renewable resources which is the main factors ofproduction and an important material basis of economic development.Sustainable use of land resources is the basic guarantee for thesustained, rapid and healthy development of national economy. How toachieve the optimal allocation of land resources, to strictly controlthe total supply of land, to improve land utilization for the SustainableDevelopment Strategy, is a long-term task of land management.The paper takes the present land use of Lianjiang as research object,using relative home and abroad advanced theory and research methods,deeply analysis the big volume of land resource utilization, the lackof reserve resources and farmland through actual investigation andinformation collection. It finds that the land sustainable utilizationof Lianjiang gets the following problems: the contradiction betweenpopulation growth and farmland protection, the contradiction betweenurban development and farmland protection, the serious status ofconstruction land occupation, the degradation of soil fertility, thedifficulty of land development and the deterioration of ecologicalenvironment. A series of sustainable proposals and solutions are broughtout as to strengthen the protection of farmland, to promote conservationof land, to implement the land consolidation and villages reclamation,to arrange various types of land usage as well as coordinate land useand ecological environment construction. All above are under theguidance of plan. It offers the reference for reasonable planning andsustainable use of land resources in Lianjiang.
